Designs and builds complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components. Owns architecture, security, integrations, data migrations, DevOps pipelines, release management, and technical documentation. The role also contributes to AI-enabled Salesforce development workflows and evolving grantmaking and partnerships systems.

Own day-to-day U.S. business immigration casework, including H-1B, E-3, O-1, PERM, I-140, adjustment of status, and green card processes. Coordinate employees, candidates, recruiters, People Ops, hiring managers, and external immigration counsel; track cases, resolve obstacles, answer travel and immigration questions, and maintain documentation. Identify and lead process improvements as the function grows while providing clear, reliable, empathetic service in a rapidly changing policy environment.
