Provides professional reception and administrative support in a corporate workplace. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, managing mail and couriers, maintaining pantry and office supplies, coordinating meeting rooms, responding to service requests, maintaining records, and delivering professional customer service while protecting confidential information.

Lead strategy, governance, and execution for enterprise business applications (notably Dayforce), integrations, AI/automation initiatives, and application support. Support month-end and quarter-end close activities across business units, prepare and record accounting entries and accruals, reconcile balance sheets, resolve discrepancies, maintain controls and audit documentation, process reallocations and intercompany transactions, assist ad-hoc reporting and process improvements using ERP systems, Excel, and digital tools.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and performance analysis. Provide financial oversight of P3/PPP contracts, support contract negotiations and audits, and partner with Operations to drive profitability. Build and maintain OneStream models, NetSuite analyses, and Power BI dashboards to support reporting and decision-making.
