Requires global coordination, team management, strong organization, and occasional international travel.

Lead global Quality Management System for Minerals Geochemistry labs (ISO/IEC 17025), administer QA/QC programs, monitor lab performance, conduct audits, troubleshoot analytical issues, and drive continuous improvement across a virtual team and laboratory network.
