Provide bilingual (French/English) technical support for INNERGY Design and integrated CAD/CAM workflows via Intercom and Microsoft Dynamics. Troubleshoot integrations, configure libraries, create reproducible bug reports, tag tickets to train Intercom AI, maintain knowledge base articles, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve products and automation.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing SaaS/ERP customers by driving upsells, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities. Build strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, monitor account health with Customer Success, maintain CRM records, forecast pipeline, and reduce churn while aligning solutions to customer business goals.
