Evaluate, estimate, negotiate and settle property catastrophe claims; travel to loss sites across Canada; write estimates using Xactimate/Xactanalysis; document claims, interpret policy, identify subrogation, manage vendors and experts, apply building code knowledge, and support regional adjusting and national appraisal functions.

The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions in property and casualty insurance, focusing on claims processing, underwriting, and customer engagement while ensuring responsible AI practices and effective data integration.

Investigate, evaluate, and settle first-party automobile claims. Guide customers through FNOL, determine coverage, coordinate with vendors, maintain detailed file records, process payments, initiate salvage/subrogation, and meet productivity and disposition targets while delivering courteous customer service.
