Partners with leaders and project teams to assess impacts, manage stakeholders, drive awareness and adoption, deliver training and communications, and support sustainable behavior change. Provides internal consulting, executive guidance, risk management, governance, and continuous improvement recommendations to achieve business and employee experience objectives.

Leads continuous improvement initiatives across Personal Insurance by analyzing processes, mapping workflows, identifying root causes, designing future-state solutions, and improving operational efficiency. Partners with cross-functional teams to identify value opportunities, assess risks, and deliver insights for leadership and Board reporting. Requires strong financial modeling, communication, executive presentation, and change-management skills.
