Own end-to-end customer onboarding: run discovery sessions, map recruiting workflows to HeyMilo, configure platform and ATS integrations, build tailored onboarding plans, train users, identify and resolve blockers, and hand off to Customer Success while feeding product insights to Engineering and Product.

Partner with the CEO and founders to prioritize initiatives, drive cross-functional projects, prepare investor and board materials, identify operational bottlenecks, build processes, own special projects, and support hiring and people operations during rapid scale-up.

The Senior Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, negotiate complex deals, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive growth and secure large contracts for HeyMilo's AI-driven hiring solutions.
