Develop, test, and maintain marketplace applications using C#, .NET, Java, React and TypeScript. Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, debug production issues, support level-3 incidents, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. Continuously learn new tools (cloud, containers, AI) and follow engineering standards and automation best practices.

Provides technical support, development, integration, reporting, and optimization for Oracle Cloud HCM across HR, payroll, benefits, talent, recruitment, time, and absence modules. Develops OTBI and BI Publisher reports, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OIC integrations, HDL data-loading processes, and customizations. Partners with HR teams, vendors, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions, troubleshoot issues, improve data quality, maintain documentation, and leverage Oracle HCM AI for automation and process improvement.

Provides functional support for Oracle Cloud HCM, partnering with HR, IT, vendors, and QA teams to analyze requirements, resolve issues, support enhancements, and improve business processes. Develops test scenarios, validates configurations, participates in functional, regression, and user acceptance testing, supports defect resolution and release activities, and maintains functional documentation. The role also guides stakeholders, manages confidential information, and coordinates work across multiple time zones.
