Own the BusPlanner mobile application portfolio across Android and iOS using .NET MAUI and C#. Build supporting .NET REST APIs, integrate ruggedized tablets and peripherals, manage signing and store releases, maintain push notifications, and provide production support. The role also contributes to GPS, ridership, scanning, dispatch, and adjacent transportation platform features while working autonomously in a small team.

Serve as primary post-sale contact for Canadian school boards to drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion of BusPlanner's transportation SaaS. Conduct health checks, account reviews, coordinate with Support to resolve issues, manage pipeline and ARR growth, represent BusPlanner at conferences, and maintain accurate account records.

Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects, manage timelines and cross-functional coordination, execute data migrations using Excel and AI tools, deliver product training (online and in-person), and guide clients through change management to ensure successful go-lives.
