Build and lead frontend-focused full-stack features for Pebl’s conversational AI assistant. Design polished AI-native experiences involving streaming responses, dynamic interfaces, error recovery, fallback states, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop interactions. Develop TypeScript and React frontend components, backend APIs, and integrations supporting agentic workflows. Apply prompt design, evaluation, observability, and troubleshooting to improve AI behavior. Mentor engineers, participate in technical reviews, and deliver high-quality products through rapid iteration.

Serve as primary client contact through onboarding from contract signature to employee onboarding across countries. Lead onboarding sessions, advise on country rollout and global hiring, support benefits benchmarking, enable platform use, track progress, communicate risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements for scalable, high-quality onboarding.
