Provides inbound and outbound customer support for utility billing inquiries, payment arrangements, delinquent accounts, disconnections, and reconnections. Requires call centre or direct customer service experience, Spanish communication skills, strong organization, conflict-management ability, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and multiple systems.
