Drive day-to-day product execution for BioConnect Enterprise (on‑prem identity/access platform). Own requirements, backlog, documentation, and release readiness. Synthesize customer interviews, support themes, sales feedback, usage data, and engineering constraints into priorities. Partner with engineering on scope, tradeoffs, and delivery. Create lightweight diagrams, wireframes or mockups and use modern tools (including AI-assisted workflows) to improve research, design, and communication across teams.
