Manage asset recovery files, timelines, documentation, and compliance requirements. Coordinate bailiffs, auctions, towing companies, skip tracers, customers, and clients through repossession, surrender, redemption, transport, and liquidation processes. Review supplier invoices, respond to inquiries, apply procedures and legislation, perform quality control, and escalate complex matters.
