Lead B2B and B2C content marketing strategy and execution across channels to drive revenue and engagement. Manage a Content Marketing Analyst and freelance writers, provide editorial oversight, develop campaigns, optimize via analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and lead generation.

Lead external communications and public affairs for Canada, develop and execute influence and messaging strategies, manage media relations and one direct report, coordinate with cross-functional teams and agencies, track metrics, implement issues management, and advise senior leadership to grow WES's profile and influence in Canada.

Coordinate end-to-end grant administration, maintain and analyze grant and donor data, manage surveys and reporting, support payments and applicant/grantee relations, recommend process improvements, and provide project and administrative support to the grantmaking team.

Support planning and delivery of multi-stakeholder convenings and capacity-sharing activities: coordinate logistics, agendas, facilitation support, partner engagement, capture field insights, and refine convening tools to strengthen collaboration and collective action across initiatives.
