The Program Manager for AI Activation leads project managers in delivering AI initiatives, ensuring governance, financial tracking, and executive communication for program success.

Design and deliver end-to-end retail solution architectures across supply chain, merchandising, store technology, and digital commerce. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure designs, define integrations, APIs and data flows, guide delivery teams, and drive cloud, API-first and AI-enabled modernization.

Manage budget and accounting for in-store customer acquisition programs: track actuals vs. plans, process invoices and purchase orders, perform monthly accruals and variance reporting, track acquisition results, onboard and manage vendor contracts, oversee marketing collateral inventory, and provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support cross-functional teams.

Support development, enhancement, and launch of credit card, insurance, and retail banking products. Develop and productionize predictive and machine learning models to support assortment, pricing, forecasting and replenishment. Build user-friendly tools and reports, perform statistical and traditional analytics, run what-if and causal analyses, manage multiple projects, coach team members, ensure forecasting systems and reports remain operational, and provide subject-matter expertise to merchandising and forecasting stakeholders.

Provide high-level executive administrative and operational support to the Chief Audit Executive, managing complex calendars, travel, expense reporting, and confidential communications. Prepare executive-ready materials, coordinate Audit Committee and governance reporting, maintain trackers and KPI reports, perform basic analysis and data cleanup, and improve processes using Microsoft 365 and approved AI tools like Copilot. Liaise with senior leaders, vendors, and board members while ensuring discretion and information-security awareness.

Lead enterprise architecture strategy focused on Data and AI: define standards, future-state capabilities, and capability mapping; analyze systems for modernization; integrate architecture with data governance; guide solution design, select modernization tools, manage technical risks, mentor architecture team, and collaborate on roadmaps, LCM and decommissioning while driving adoption of modern technology stacks.

Manage fixture project orders and POs, track deliveries, resolve vendor discrepancies, maintain accurate project data and on-site dates, process vendor files and payments, and serve as primary contact for stores and field merchandising with timely responses.

Research and evaluate new ML/AI tools, build and deploy predictive models, create benchmarks and automation, perform quantitative and ad-hoc analyses, and partner with business stakeholders to inform credit risk decisions.
