Manage and grow key datacenter accounts by developing strategic account plans, leading cross-functional teams, driving new business, and delivering technical-commercial proposals. Design, implement, and maintain production-grade embedded Linux services on ARM SoM platforms for industrial power systems. Responsibilities include BSP customization, Yocto-based image generation, board bring-up, industrial communication (Modbus, RS485, TCP/IP), lightweight web and HMI interfaces, alarm/event logging, secure update/recovery, hardware interfacing and diagnostics, testing/validation, and documentation for manufacturing and field support.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex electrical equipment projects (STS, PDU, RPP, transformers, UPS) on scope, schedule, and budget. Manage WBS, baselines, risks, change control, financials, and stakeholder reporting. Drive project recovery, continuous improvement, and coordination across sites until project closure.

Develop embedded Linux software and GUIs for industrial controllers; implement industrial protocols (Modbus, BACnet, SNMP); support product lifecycle from development to production/service and write operational documentation.
