Provides senior-level L2/L3 technical support and escalation management for distributed platforms, APIs, cloud systems, databases, integrations, and media workflows. Troubleshoots complex incidents through log analysis, automation, scripting, monitoring, and root-cause analysis. Builds support tooling with JavaScript, Bash, SQL, and AI-assisted technologies; mentors support teams; maintains technical documentation; and partners with Engineering, DevOps, and Product. Supports broadcast, advertising, video, and audio delivery specifications and participates in incident and continuous improvement initiatives.

The People & Culture Business Partner advises business leaders on workforce planning, organizational change, performance management, succession, retention, employee relations, and employment compliance. The role also manages HR operations, HRIS data, onboarding and offboarding, employee inquiries, office and facilities administration, vendor relationships, workplace safety, and Ontario-specific legal requirements. This position requires autonomous problem-solving, strategic HR partnership, strong communication, and practical administrative execution in a hybrid Toronto office environment.
