Administer and deploy global L&D solutions across CMS, GLMS, Degreed, MTM and virtual classroom platforms. Manage content sites, tagging, evaluation links, reporting, and lifecycle processes. Provide stakeholder consultation, onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and virtual classroom technical production. Lead cross-functional deployment projects, track progress, and identify process improvements while supporting global time zones.

Design, build, test, deploy, and operate cloud-native, microservices-based software. Implement RESTful APIs, IaC, CI/CD, containers/serverless, and database solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, apply security best practices, and collaborate with global teams to translate requirements into scalable, reliable solutions.
