Greet and assist employees, visitors, and clients; answer and prioritize inbound calls; log visitors and manage temporary badges and access cards; provide light administrative support (scheduling, catering, mail/shipping assistance); maintain a clean, professional reception area; support cross-functional SPS onsite services; lift and move packages as required. Requires strong customer service, communication, and basic office-technology proficiency.

Provide front-desk concierge service, manage inbound/outbound shipments and chain-of-custody, operate high-end reprographics and binding equipment, maintain supplies and common areas, and travel regionally to support multiple sites and same-day assignments.
