The role prioritizes fraud controls, detection models, platform enhancements, and operational processes while ensuring regulatory compliance, resilience, and customer experience. Responsibilities include backlog and release management, UAT and operational readiness, stakeholder and vendor leadership, incident prioritization, platform performance optimization, and collaboration across Fraud Operations, Payments, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.

Leads requirements gathering and translates business needs into technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. Documents end-to-end data flows, source-to-target mappings, integrations, APIs, interfaces, transformations, validations, dependencies, and exceptions. Collaborates with stakeholders, architects, developers, data teams, and QA throughout delivery, ensuring traceability and alignment between requirements, testing, and implementation. Capital Markets, trade lifecycle, and corporate lending experience are advantageous.
