Build executive relationships, exceed revenue targets, lead consultative multi-threaded sales, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and develop scalable sales playbooks and resources.

Manage enterprise customer relationships and drive adoption, implementation, training, engagement, and measurable ROI for Harvey’s AI platform. Serve as a trusted advisor to legal and professional-services clients, monitor customer health and usage metrics, identify renewal and expansion opportunities, advocate for user needs internally, and help develop scalable customer success processes. Occasional travel to customer and company offices may be required.
