Lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into functional Workday specifications, configure Workday modules, coordinate solution design and integrations, support UAT and change management, create training and support documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR, Finance, Procurement, and Projects-related Workday solutions on time and within budget.

Design, build, and maintain virtualization and container platforms with an IaC and automation-first approach. Provide 2nd/3rd line support and on-call rotation, optimize performance, develop IaC (Terraform/Ansible), leverage AI tools to increase velocity, document architectures and runbooks, and evaluate emerging infrastructure technologies.

Support product management with market and competitive research, analyze product and financial performance, maintain KPIs and dashboards, document requirements and user stories, gather customer feedback, assist testing and stakeholder communications to inform the product roadmap.
