Supports enterprise risk management and operational resilience programs across TMX Post-Trade. Responsibilities include evaluating change-management risks, maintaining risk taxonomies and appetite statements, identifying top risks, managing incident reporting, preparing quarterly reports for senior leadership and the Board, delivering risk training, and supporting operational, third-party, and cyber risk initiatives.

Lead SQL Server issue resolution, performance tuning, HA/DR design, backup validation, automation (DB-as-Code), monitoring, and Level 2 operational/project support, including 24/7 on-call participation and cross-team vendor collaboration.

Lead enterprise patch and vulnerability management across hybrid environments: design, test, and deploy OS/application patches, automate via IaC (Terraform/Ansible/PowerShell), validate in staging, monitor compliance and observability (Splunk/Grafana), respond to post-deployment incidents, and maintain technical governance and documentation.

Lead financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and execution for acquisitions and investments. Build complex three-statement models (DCF, accretion/dilution), manage advisors and internal stakeholders, maintain deal pipeline, produce board-level presentations, and improve corporate development playbooks and modeling automation.
