Own accounting processes in Workday, support internal controls and process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally. Contribute to audits, M&A, post-acquisition integrations, reorganizations, and automation initiatives while ensuring IFRS compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Develops demand intake frameworks, business cases, ROI and TCO models, technology roadmaps, and governance processes. Manages vendor procurement, SOWs, SLAs, delivery milestones, and third-party risk. Collaborates with architecture, platform, data, security, and delivery teams to define solutions, prioritize backlogs, drive adoption, and measure post-implementation value realization.

Serves as the strategic technology liaison for corporate functions, M&A, and integration. Leads demand intake, business cases, technology due diligence, post-merger integration, roadmapping, vendor SOWs, Day-1 readiness, system migrations, and value realization. Partners with executives, regional IT leaders, procurement, legal, architecture, and delivery teams to align technology investments with business objectives across global operations.

Advises prospective clients, issuers, and advisors on TSX listing policies and regulatory requirements. Reviews listing applications, assesses risks and market impacts, prepares reports on issuer affairs, addresses deficiencies, monitors compliance, escalates critical issues, and contributes to policy projects and industry engagement.
