Facilitates inside sales through phone, email, and electronic communication. Responds to customer orders and quotations, enters sales orders, provides product information and pricing, prospects for new opportunities, supports upselling, and manages order follow-up and issue resolution. Performs estimating, take-offs, proposals, and product code directives while meeting margin and sales quotas. Provides customer service and logistics support under general supervision.

Own and grow relationships with largest national customers, manage a $50M-$100M portfolio, develop C-suite account strategies, secure category programs, leverage analytics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive sales growth with frequent overnight travel.

Manage and grow sales within an assigned customer base through prospecting, cross-selling, relationship building, forecasting, and resolving customer service issues. Work primarily in the field, maintain product knowledge, submit sales reports, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets.
