Lead and operate 2LoD compliance programs: maintain enterprise risk register, run incident response, manage audits and licensing reviews, advise on RPAA/PCMLTFA compliance, coordinate training and MIS, and partner with 1LoD on control scaling and change-management.

Own and grow a portfolio of merchants for Pay by Bank: act as primary contact, drive retention and upsells, conduct business reviews, resolve escalations, analyze processing trends, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver product value and regulatory/compliance guidance.
