Founding Head of Ecommerce will define the Shopify website strategy, drive commercial performance (revenue, conversion, AOV, retention), build the ecommerce function and team, manage vendors and tech, lead cross-functional execution, and champion experimentation and analytics to scale a DTC apparel brand from pre-launch.

Lead day-to-day management and growth of a Shopify DTC storefront, driving revenue through merchandising, conversion optimization, and improved customer journeys. Execute promotions, product launches, and reporting; use analytics (GA4, GTM, Looker) and engagement tools (Klaviyo, Clarity) to test, iterate, and recommend improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally and manage external partners to deliver a world-class ecommerce experience pre- and post-launch.
