Two-year rotational finance program for new graduates, consisting of two 12-month rotations across areas such as FP&A, accounting, treasury, internal audit, reporting, controls, and decision support. Responsibilities may include data analytics, cost-benefit analysis, financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, risk assessment, and financial analysis. Manage strategic Lighthouse workstreams from planning through execution, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, risks, dependencies, and performance tracking. Develop customer-centric strategies, business recommendations, analyses, business cases, and executive-ready presentations using customer research, market intelligence, competitive insights, and performance data. Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, digital, loyalty, and store operations teams to drive alignment, evaluate opportunities, track outcomes, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Provides accounting guidance for supply chain initiatives, including IFRS policy decisions, capitalization treatment, financial modeling, reporting, variance analysis, controls, and audit support. Investigates discrepancies, maintains financial models, improves accounting processes, documents positions, and collaborates with accounting, FP&A, tax, auditors, and business partners. Leads discussions on evolving business and accounting issues while delivering accurate monthly and quarterly results and supporting ad hoc projects.

Supports digital content authoring, campaign builds, testing, deployment, SEO optimization, and website quality assurance across multiple digital properties. Manages CMS updates, accessibility and brand standards, workback schedules, standard operating procedures, online restrictions requests, and personalization activities. Collaborates with IT, Creative, product owners, and cross-functional teams while performing HTML/CSS updates and using AI and automation tools.

Design and deliver analytical measurement frameworks, causal inference and experimental designs, and predictive/statistical models for retail, loyalty, and marketing analytics. Build and validate tests, analyze large datasets, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate insights to improve customer engagement and program performance.
