Lead national trade compliance ensuring adherence to Canadian and international customs, trade, transport, and chemical regulations. Maintain import compliance program, develop policies, support cross‑functional teams, manage customs broker relationships, handle corrections and audits, monitor regulatory changes, and support global trade operations to protect supply continuity and ensure audit readiness.

Manages sales activities and customer relationships within an assigned territory to achieve revenue and profit goals. Responsibilities include retaining and expanding existing accounts, generating new customers, conducting customer visits, negotiating proposals, managing pricing and pipelines, forecasting demand, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with product management and other stakeholders. The role also requires market development, consultative selling, product knowledge, and regular sales reporting.
