Manage and grow strategic healthcare accounts across Eastern Canada (excluding Ontario), focusing on LTC and retirement in Quebec. Serve as trusted advisor on infection prevention, disinfection, laundry, housekeeping, and warewashing. Develop account plans, deliver presentations and training, support product implementation, track CRM activity and forecasts, collaborate with internal teams, and travel regularly to customer sites while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer success.
