The role standardizes reconciliation processes, supports automation initiatives, contributes to corporate income tax accounting, assists with month-end and year-end close, and provides audit documentation. Collaboration with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Accounting, and site finance is required to resolve cash and posting issues.

Oversee U.S. and Canadian payroll tax compliance, filings, remittances, reconciliations, agency notices, and statutory reporting. It requires finance-related education, 4–5 years of investment operations experience, strong Excel skills, knowledge of multiple asset classes, and familiarity with automation or systems implementation.

Administer U.S. employee benefits and leave programs, including health, retirement, insurance, and statutory leaves. Manage enrollments, eligibility changes, open enrollment, vendor relationships, payroll and HRIS integrations, compliance, audits, reporting, and employee inquiries. Analyze benefits data, support program improvements and benchmarking, create employee communications, and mentor team members. The role requires strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations, HRIS and payroll systems, analytical skills, and stakeholder management.

Lead process engineering for medium-to-large capital projects, optimize industrial plants (asphalt, thermal oil, ISO/TPO), review PFDs/P&IDs, perform mass/energy balances, execute functional tests, participate in PHAs, consult with plant engineers, and mentor junior engineers to drive continuous improvement and project delivery.
