The Solutions Specialist manages telematics projects, supports customers with solutions, facilitates training, and serves as a subject matter expert for analytics and integration services.

Lead and develop an implementation team to ensure timely, accurate client onboarding. Coach staff, manage workloads, drive process improvements, resolve escalated client issues, prepare reports, participate in hiring/training, and support departmental policies to deliver high customer satisfaction.

Responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, building and analyzing reports, and providing support to the Account Manager. Requires bilingual communication in French and strong customer service skills.
