The role supports rotational assignments, executive engagement, mentoring, leadership development, and cohort learning while developing leaders capable of assuming broader organizational responsibilities. Success requires strategic and financial acumen, experience leading managers and cross-functional teams, organizational change expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
