Supervises an Account to Report team responsible for general ledger, intercompany, fixed assets, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and consolidation. Ensures GAAP and policy compliance, service-level delivery, KPI achievement, issue resolution, and process quality. Leads transitions and improvement initiatives, manages escalations, coaches team members, and partners with internal stakeholders. Coordinate delivery of the Financial Close Transformation program by integrating BlackLine, SAP AFC, SAP S/4HANA and related finance apps.
