Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers while collaborating on complex systems across multiple backend platforms and cloud environments.

Leads the execution of CIBC’s global workplace experience strategy across real estate transformation projects. Develops workplace standards, strategic recommendations, research-based insights, change enablement approaches, and business cases for senior leadership. Partners with Real Estate, HR, Design, Technology, Security, Events, Retail, and Facilities teams to align workplace initiatives with enterprise priorities and future workforce needs. Requires extensive experience in workplace strategy, real estate transformation, strategic planning, and organizational change.

Supports digital analytics platform implementation, testing, governance, reporting, and dashboard development using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics. Partners with Product, Marketing, Digital, Analytics, and Technology teams to define requirements, KPIs, use cases, and measurement approaches. Investigates data issues, validates tracking, analyzes digital journeys, communicates insights, and recommends improvements to client experiences and business performance.

Drive performance reporting, scorecard governance, forecasting, target and commission analysis, and executive insights for CIBC’s Mobile Advice channel. Partner with business and technology teams on requirements, change adoption, process improvements, and operational effectiveness. Develop accurate reporting and recommendations that support leadership decisions while maintaining alignment with policies, standards, and controls.

Support mortgage clients with creditor insurance conversations, applications, documentation, and follow-up. Manage a referred opportunity pipeline, maintain accurate records, coordinate with Mortgage Advisors and internal partners, and contribute to insurance sales growth through disciplined outreach. Ensure compliant, timely, and client-focused service throughout the mortgage process.

Develop mortgage business by advising clients on home financing, building relationships, generating leads, and delivering mortgage product solutions. Meet clients at convenient locations and times, collaborate with banking centre teams, create local sales plans, network with realtors and community partners, and support clients through the mortgage process. The role is fully commission-based with primarily remote work and occasional on-site activity.
