Lead Modash’s North America Account Executive team of six and oversee its growth. Responsibilities include coaching, one-on-ones, deal and call reviews, pipeline management, CRM hygiene, performance reporting, PIPs, pricing approvals, hiring support, and assisting with strategic sales conversations. The role partners with enablement, sales operations, marketing, and customer success while managing a fully remote team primarily during Toronto/Eastern Time hours.
