Provide client support for Qtrade Direct Investing via phone, email, and chat; manage online trade order flow; investigate and resolve client issues; stay current on market trends; and drive process improvements while following policies and compliance.

Lead translation of NEI's responsible investing and stewardship activities into compelling sales narratives and materials. Act as subject matter expert, build advisor and institutional relationships, support sales and marketing with presentations, webinars, and content, and identify growth opportunities to integrate RI into client strategies across channels.

Process and settle mutual fund trades, GICs, and pool fund transactions; reconcile daily settlements, correct trade rejections, communicate with fund companies and partners, and meet regulatory and SLA requirements.

Process daily transfer requests, monitor and launch manual and NELTC transfers, follow up on payments, support external transfers, file and destroy documents, respond to transfer inquiries, cover team members, and handle special projects.

Lead sales enablement and effectiveness by owning target setting, pipeline health and velocity, performance dashboards, onboarding, training, coaching, and the sales technology roadmap. Partner with sales leaders to translate strategy into execution, drive adoption of CRM and enablement tools, support forecasting and capacity planning, and represent sales in cross-functional innovation and change initiatives to improve execution and pipeline outcomes.

Lead and execute internal audit engagements per the approved plan and IIA standards. Assess risk management, internal controls and governance; communicate findings and remediation with management; liaise with third-party auditors; mentor junior staff; and propose process improvements using data analytics and visualization to enhance audit effectiveness and reporting.

Lead and own IT change control and release processes, run Change Advisory Board meetings, manage production changes and release cycles, maintain documentation and audit readiness, produce change metrics/KPIs, drive continuous process improvements, train staff, and coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and sponsors to ensure controlled, auditable changes and successful outcomes.
