Provide high-trust executive support to CGO, CROO and leadership: manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, governance workflows (DocuSign), onboarding/offboarding, expense tracking, office operations, and executive communications. Maintain documentation across SharePoint/Confluence/Monday.com and improve processes for efficiency and compliance.

Lead design and validation of advanced analytics and statistical methodologies, manage the Data Science team, ensure accuracy and rigor of models, integrate diverse data sources, support automation, produce actionable reports, and collaborate with Product, Technology and Operations stakeholders.
