Supports product marketing initiatives for EQB’s credit card and deposit portfolios. Responsibilities include campaign planning and execution, customer communications, marketing material proofreading, cross-functional coordination, market and competitor research, campaign tracking, reporting, customer journey testing, project documentation, budget administration, and presentation preparation.
