Administer and report on the bank’s securitization programs, including NHA MBS issuance settlement, investor reporting, accounting schedules, financial analysis, variance analysis, and profitability calculations. The role supports financial close, compliance with CMHC guidelines, audits, stakeholder communications, new securitization initiatives, controls, and process improvements.
