Manage strategic enterprise accounts as the primary post-sales contact. Lead onboarding, platform adoption, customer health, retention, executive stakeholder engagement, and expansion opportunities. Coordinate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to resolve issues and communicate customer feedback. Identify churn risks, improve satisfaction, and ensure customers achieve value from the SingleKey platform.
