Own a geographic territory and drive full-cycle B2B new-logo sales across industrial sectors including oil and gas, mining, utilities, and manufacturing. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualification using MEDDIC or BANT, solution demonstrations, ROI-based business cases, negotiation, closing, forecasting, and customer handoff. The role requires exceeding quota, engaging executive stakeholders, maintaining CRM discipline, and traveling within the assigned territory.

Own a portfolio of B2B customers, managing renewals, retention, expansion, adoption, and long-term account growth. Build executive relationships, conduct business reviews, identify and close expansion opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records, forecast revenue, and coordinate with Customer Success, Product, Implementation, and Support. The role requires quota-carrying account management experience, strong commercial judgment, executive presence, bilingual French and English skills, and familiarity with industrial sectors.

Manage a portfolio of B2B clients as primary point of contact to ensure adoption, satisfaction, retention, and growth. Lead onboarding and training, resolve escalations, maintain CRM records, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, collaborate with Sales/Product/Technical teams, and deliver strategic insights and reports to optimize customer value and revenue.

Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity alerts and incidents across cloud, on-premises, endpoint, identity, and application environments. Conduct threat hunting, vulnerability management, detection engineering, incident response, forensic support, security platform administration, configuration reviews, third-party risk assessments, compliance activities, automation, security awareness, disaster recovery testing, and infrastructure security support.
