The Creative Resource Lead at Ogilvy is responsible for overseeing the allocation of human resources for advertising projects, optimizing processes, maintaining the agency's reputation, managing creative awards submissions, and building global relationships within the Ogilvy network.

Our Account Supervisors represent the agency on a daily basis, partnering with account leadership to deliver operational discipline, speed to market, and profitability management to clients. They lead integrated teams, mentor junior members, and manage project budgets and timelines. Proficiency in Office software and Google Suite is required.
