Develop and execute test plans and automated testing, mentor junior QA engineers, and ensure software meets quality standards and customer requirements.

Own end-to-end technical architecture for NetBrains AWS-based SaaS platform: define reference architecture, multi-tenancy, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), Kubernetes/container topology, messaging (RabbitMQ/Kafka), polyglot persistence (relational + MongoDB), observability and SLI/SLOs, embed security (encryption, IAM, secrets, SOC 2 path), produce ADRs and documentation, and mentor/guide engineering teams.
