Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to improve product quality and delivery velocity, guide AI-enabled design workflows, drive UX quality initiatives, and mentor designers across the organization.

Senior Product Designer responsible for evolving Jobber’s design system across web and mobile platforms. Leads component, pattern, token, governance, and accessibility initiatives; partners with engineering, product, and design teams to improve consistency, usability, performance, and delivery velocity. The role also supports AI-enabled design and development workflows, mentors colleagues, and drives adoption of design-system best practices.

Own relationships with approximately 300 high-value B2B software customers, driving retention, payment-processing volume, upsells, and customer lifetime value.
