Manage and deliver cross-functional projects within GBS Project Services, ensuring timelines, processes, and quality standards. Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. Translate complex issues into actionable plans, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and contribute to communities of practice to drive successful outcomes.

Serve as Canada-wide Employee Relations SME: advise leaders and HRBPs, manage investigations and ER cases, oversee performance and severance processes, advise on change, govern ethics intake, partner with legal, maintain ER policies, metrics and case repository to prevent issues and support consistent, defensible decisions.

Design, deploy, and operate production-grade Generative AI agents and GenAI workflows for clinical trial optimization. Build scalable cloud infrastructure, automate via IaC and CI/CD, integrate LLM routing and monitoring (latency, token usage, hallucination detection), and collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to move models from research to reliable production services.
