The Business Development Manager will manage sales, expand the customer base, and close new sales while maintaining existing accounts, focusing primarily on point of sale solutions.

Lead sourcing and evaluation of vertical-market software acquisition targets, build relationships with founders and executives, advance deals with senior leadership and M&A team, use AI tools and maintain CRM discipline, mentor colleagues to strengthen sourcing and investment judgment, and travel across the U.S. and Canada as needed.

Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare client accounts through retention, expansion, and proactive engagement. Lead RFP/RFI processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain CRM pipeline and forecasting, represent the company at events and client meetings, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Implement, deploy, and maintain CityView applications across customer environments (cloud and on‑premise). Perform installations, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, database updates, and off‑hours support. Resolve customer tickets, escalate defects to Development, and contribute to automation, AI‑assisted knowledge management, and operational runbooks.

Provide administrative and operational support for customer accounts, contracts, software licenses, hardware orders, invoicing, renewals, RMAs, and reporting. Coordinate internal follow-ups, installation/service schedules, billing preparation, lease application administration, and maintain organized operational records. Identify process improvements and assist multiple teams with general office coordination.

Lead a finance team to manage month, quarter, and year-end close; perform technical accounting analysis under IFRS; present financial results to senior leadership; oversee revenue recognition for software contracts, audits, and M&A financial integration.

Own and review assigned quarterly financial reporting deliverables under IFRS (note disclosures, cash flows, intangible assets, PPAs, NTA). Coordinate with business-unit finance teams, perform detailed workpaper reviews, support consolidation and auditors, monitor reporting controls, provide technical accounting guidance, escalate risks, and help develop junior staff to meet quarter-end deadlines.
