Lead development and management of a national Tenant Relationship and Communications program. Create bilingual communications strategies, plans, templates and media/public relations guidance; mentor communication specialists; integrate with facility and project teams; and support communications technology (SharePoint, reporting) to improve tenant and occupant experience.
