Manages end-to-end delivery of moderate-complexity projects: defines scope, plans schedules and budgets, mitigates risks, leads project teams, manages client and vendor relationships, ensures compliance with regulatory, environmental, health and safety requirements, and communicates status to stakeholders.

Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing Managers on RFXs, contract management, supplier selection and negotiations. Perform advanced financial analysis and proposal modeling, develop sourcing strategies, run competitive bids, measure and improve supplier performance, manage contracts and vendor setup, perform due diligence, and produce sourcing documentation and reports to support operational and finance teams.

Support delivery of workplace experience and change management solutions. Design and deliver in-class and virtual training, develop learning content and evaluations, support workshops, curate communications, maintain learning tools, generate reports, and assist Workplace Strategists. Bilingual French/English; hybrid in select Canadian cities.
