Lead and support strategic sourcing projects including RFXs, supplier negotiation, contract development, supplier performance measurement, vendor qualification, and category strategy. Produce financial analyses and MS Office communications, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver cost savings and process improvements.

Provide intermediate full-cycle transactional accounting support, reconciliations, audit preparation, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis. Ensure GAAP compliance, collaborate with stakeholders and IT on systems, recommend process improvements, and support contract/portfolio financial obligations.

Manage end-to-end delivery of moderate-to-high complexity facility projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigation, compliance, procurement, invoicing, reporting, site inspections, stakeholder coordination, and successful project closeouts.

Provides complex transactional and month-end support across full accounting cycle for multiple portfolios. Prepares percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly client reports. Performs profitability variance analysis, forecasting, job costing, AR follow-up, and supports process improvement while ensuring GAAP compliance. Uses advanced Excel and accounting systems for financial modeling and reporting.

Provides transactional accounting support including reconciliations, month-end journal entries, audit support, basic forecasting and reporting. Identifies and resolves transactional discrepancies, works with systems and IT on setups, and assists senior staff with ad hoc analysis and financial controls.

Lead CX strategy and programs across client accounts for integrated facilities management. Drive VoC, KPIs, service design, change management, cross-functional teams, CX reporting, and continuous improvement to improve end-user satisfaction and service performance.
