Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex software implementation projects for public safety clients. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and cross-functional teams from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Serve as primary governance contact, maintain project financials, facilitate status and steering meetings, and refine PM tools and processes.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Versaterm public safety software, including scoping, configuration, testing, training, and go-live. Manage project plans, engage stakeholders, resolve technical issues, mentor junior staff, support pre-sales, and contribute to process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality deployments.

Lead global brand, content and external communications strategy to build Versaterm's market narrative, media and analyst relations, executive visibility, crisis management, SEO-informed content, product and launch communications, and creative direction. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, GTM and Executive Leadership, manage agencies, measure impact with performance metrics, and integrate AI to optimize workflows and team effectiveness.

The Director of Customer Success leads the post-sale customer lifecycle, ensuring effective adoption of solutions and driving retention and growth across various customer segments. They build and scale a high-performing Customer Success organization and collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

Lead delivery of large-scale Versaterm implementation projects end-to-end. Define delivery frameworks, manage executive client relationships, resolve complex integration challenges, mentor staff, and drive implementation standards and process improvements across cross-functional teams.
